If you are under contract with another Agency, however you are not satisfied with the level of service or the cost of management, please contact us in the first instacne to discuss how we can assist you with the transition over to our professional team. If your investment property has an existing tenant we will ensure that there are no unneccessary inconveniences during the transition.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIND A TENANT

At Hudson Property we have effective marketing strategies to find suitable tenants in the shortest possible time frame. Our Property Managers are mobile and work flexible hours to ensure opens, inspections and personal appointments can be made outside of normal business hours. Once you sign a management authority we will take no longer than 72 hours to take quality pictures and advertise your property on multiple media platforms including:
