Tracee Stuart - what a gem you have there. I was extremely nervous being so far away, Tracee’s professional and personable and engaging attitude was wonderful. As a Manager at the Watercorporation in Perth my time is generally very limited but adding to the challenge was Covid 19, a number of minor unexpected operations and more recently the passing of my younger sister due to cancer.

Then there was the requirement of being the go between myself, DHA and the Lawyer. Tracee was wonderful and more importantly so professional.
