Our initial dealings with Sharon were prompt and efficient. The purchase was a 30 day settlement so things had to be dealt with very quickly and efficiently within a short time frame. Sharon communicated with us and the seller and attended to negotiations on the purchase price within a day. Signing of the Contract occurred a couple of days later.

Sharon explained to us how the DHA Lease process worked and the services provided by DHA including its on line service for landlords and payment of rates service. She was able to provide us with a lot of answers regarding the whole process before we even asked the questions!

I’d just like to thank you for your effort in selling my property.

Having had the property on the market for over 18 months, if not slightly longer, it was extremely frustrating to say the least. The previous agents, one of which was recommended by the DHA were somewhat uninspirational. The lack of communication and interest was the biggest flaw in what was a process that I thought would be handled in a much more professional manner. Without any exaggeration, the only communication I received from DHA agent was when I initiated it. It was embarrassing!

Having said that, you on the other hand did everything they didn’t. Your ability to keep me informed weekly, or worst case scenario, fortnightly, was refreshing.

Albeit, there was no interest shown some weeks, you let me know. At least I knew you were still on it.
When there was interest shown, you were quick on the phone to inform so we could organise viewing.
Once you had the info required to communicate with DHA you pursued yourself.
You were familiar with the process and took the initiative accordingly.
Dealing with all the other stakeholders, be it solicitors, clients etc was efficient and streamlined.
You always had the answers to my questions.
