    Viv brings a wealth of experience and expertise from the IT and Telecommunications industry, including roles with Telstra and Vodafone. She combines a passion for Real Estate with outstanding customer service.

    With a highly successful background in sales, Viv is client focused and puts the needs of the customer first. Viv has been assisting the Principal Sharon Richter for many years in sales and inspections of DHA (Defence Housing Australia). Dealing with mid lease sales has provided Viv with a wealth of knowledge around investment criteria, the intricacies of the DHA leases, involvement with property management and sales processes.

    Having owned several properties, including her own home and various investment properties in both Queensland and Victoria, she knows & understands the local area well. She lives & operates the Brisbane office in Camp Hill, just a short distance south of Brisbane City. Viv is an asset to the business.
